Shipping

 

As soon as you submit your order so we can get it ready for you.

 

 

If you’re using Standard shipping (free for orders over $99), DHL says it will take 3–12 business days, depending how far your item has to travel. 

 

 

A standard order may take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email after two days have passed, please email info@skuxs.ca with your order number and concern. For items that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory demands and Covid-19, our customer service team will reach out by email regarding the estimated shipping time. If we do not receive a response from you in two weeks to okay this, your order will be refunded.

We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we do everything to ensure your order is delivered on time, Skuxs cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, courier interruptions, etc.

 

 

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

 

 

We process and ship orders in the order we receive them, usually within 24 hours. As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Use a web tracking tool to track your parcel, or click on the tracking number in your Order History in your account. 

 

 

Yes, we do ship to Northwest, Nunavut, and Yukon Territories. Please note that your order will ship via our Standard method and could take up to 20 days to arrive.
